Booking + Purchase Orders

1. Email me (Contact Button or directly at agordontowho@gmail.com) to INQUIRE about availability and day/time of interest.

2. I will respond within 24 hours.

3. Upon agreed day/time, I will hold that slot for you.

4. Then, I will email you the annual Student Form for my records covering emergency contact, allergies, and behavior/attendance policies.

5. YOU must then request a PO for 1 Month MAX of Classes at a Time from your SCHOOL - at least 2 Weeks Before classes start - to allow time for your school to process.

   ***Only order 1 month max at a time, as charter schools do not pay me until 30 days after the end date of each PO

6. Once I receive a PO from your school, I will forward it to you via email as confirmation, within 24 hrs.

7. Next, you will receive an email confirmation of booking from Acuity Scheduling, so you can easily add the appointments to your digital calendar of choice.

8. I will then email you a second email with the address, phone number, and confirmation within 24 hrs.

9. ***YOU must order your PO’s thereafter EVERY month - at least 2 Weeks Before classes start - to allow time for processing.
